2) help future home owners find qualified steel frame builders and archtects.
3) assist workers in finding jobs in the steel frame construction industry.
4) develop training programs for job skill catagories. Our builders will know what job titles and skills are needed. Ort, tech schools and the Ministry of Labor will provide training. Additional cooperative efforts of the builders will met special areas.
5) Provide a forum for conflict resolution. Any dispute that goes on in a fledgling industry will hurt public and investor confidence. Industry people are the ones already familiar with the issues.
6) Estabilish a workable tekon and have the Ministry of Housing fund steel frame developments.
2) maintain lists of steel frame builders, homes constructed, and workers.
3) maintain industry listing, request for workers, general advs.
4) find locations to train workers to skills needed (ORT, Tech schools, IDF)
5) The association will be composed of master builders, home owners, workers in the industry, and interested parties.
6) document current "tekon", propose alternatives, contact MKs and MoH people about opportunity for development.
